Student Services SLOs
The Student Services Division uses a modified “Nichols and Nichols” model to track the identification and assessment of Student Learning Outcomes. Managers, Directors and Deans participated in training at monthly Student Services meetings to understand the model and to ensure that all in the SS Division are using the same language when referring to SLO’s. After the 2008-09 academic year, a column was added to the SLO template to include the Institutional Student Learning Outcomes (ISLOs) since the Division’s SLO’s contribute to the students achievement of the ISLOs.
