Student Learning Outcomes

 

Counseling

 
Students who utilize Counseling Services will:
 
  1. participate in a counseling group advising session and be aware of Admissions and Records procedures and complete a one semester Student Educational Program Plan (SEPP).
  2. demonstrate knowledge of the matriculation process.
 
Students who utilize the Career and Life Planning Center will:
 
  1. identify career-related resources to develop a knowledge base necessary in preparation for today’s workforce.
  2. be aware of various self-awareness and career-related assessments that are available as part of the career exploration process.
  3. use Eureka (California Career Information System) in order to obtain pertinent occupational information (e.g. abilities/skills, projected growth rate).
 
Students who utilize the Workforce Center will:
 
  1. identify their employment skills and create an effective resume.
